What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. All payments are interest free and you will receive your order right away. 

How do I use Afterpay?

Simply shop at Jouercosmetics.com and check out as usual. Choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be redirected to Afterpay's website to provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be between $35 - $1000 for eligibility. 

Where can I use Afterpay? 

Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on Jouercosmetics.com.  

Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?

Afterpay is only available for customers who have a US billing address and phone number. 

How does the payment schedule work? 

All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. 

What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment? 

If funds are not available at the time of payment, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay? 

Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any order from Jouercosmetics.com.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Afterpay transaction? 

Yes, your order value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay on Jouercosmetics.com. 

What products are not eligible for Afterpay? 

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift card separately. 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay? 

At this time, we do not honor exchanges for any item besides our Essential High Coverage Crème Foundation. However, you can return gently used product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery.
