Products purchased with store credit, gift card, or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of a Jouercosmetics.com store credit. Jouer Cosmetics only accepts returns on items purchased from Jouercosmetics.com “Kiss'em Goodbye” items are not eligible for return or exchange and are FINAL SALE. Items purchased at a discounted rate greater than or equal to 50% are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
